Another week closer to Symposium 2020 . . . and this week saw the opening of the Hotel Block which is getting snapped up fast, our Presenter Applications going live, and a wave of Vendor Applications coming in already.
Presenter Applications
If you are an expert on things Steampunk, Victorian, Retro-Futuristic, Western, or topics that relate to these and would like to share your knowledge in an engaging manner with Symposium attendees, then we would like to hear from you. Our Symposium 2020 Presenter Application form is now live, and between now and September 1st, 2019, we accepting proposals for next year’s convention; special consideration is given to presentations and workshops that fit with the theme of “Weird West.”

Vendor Applications
Last week we opened up the online application form for the 2020 Symposium Exhibitor Hall.
10′ x 10′ spaces are $260.00 each and come with two weekend badges per booth, and 6′ tables spaces are $130.00 each and come with one weekend badge per table; extra badges are available to vendors for a reduced fee.

Hotel Block
On Monday, April 15th, 2019 the Symposium 2020 Hotel Block opened up for booking
Rooms start at $95/night (plus tax & fees) for doubles and kings, and (depending on availability) there are a range of suites from $139/night (plus tax & fees) to $190/night (plus tax & fees).

- General Block (code STS) – General Block Link
- Quiet Friendly (code QBS) – Quiet Friendly Block Link
- Noise Friendly (code NFS) – Noise Friendly Block Link
When booking online, please enter the correct arrival and departure dates, and then click Search.
If you wish to host a room party at the Symposium, please book a room in the Noise Friendly Block.
Vendors, please note that there is a separate block for exhibitors to which rooms become available after vendor confirmation of being at Symposium 2020.
Tickets
We are currently working on changing our ticketing system, so at this time pre-reg for Symposium 2020 is not yet open . . . but when it does open later this month there will be a special offer for the first week that it is available 😉
