Hold Harmless
By agreeing to vend at the Steampunk Empire Symposium 2013, the vendor agrees to protect, keep and save Pandora Promotions LLC, any employee or volunteer of Pandora Promotions LLC forever harmless from any damages, loss, theft, cost, liability, act of God, terrorism or expenses that arise from their vending at this show. This agreement covers full set-up, run, tear down and exit of the convention. By signing below you are indicating your approval of all information contained.
Anti-Bootleg Policy
Pandora Promotions LLC only allows the sale of licensed merchandise (including DVDs/Blu-rays) at its events. Vendors are responsible for the legality of the items they sell. Vendors are responsible for government and/or tax licenses, and insurance.
Moral Clause
The Steampunk Empire Symposium 2013 is an all age event. By signing below the vendor agrees to keep adult materials out of view of minors. The vendor also agrees to require age verification from anyone attempting to see or purchase adult materials.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your space reservation by February 28, 2013 you will receive a full refund. From March 1, 2013 to March 31, 2013 you will receive a 50% refund. There after, no refunds will be given. Upon opening day of the convention, if you have not set up by 3:00 pm or contacted Pandora Promotions LLC management, your space will be made available for release with no re-imbursement to you.
Right to Deny
Pandora Promotions LLC reserves the right to deny a vendor(s) access to any event if the show management feels that the participation by a group or individual will harm the event in any manner. Pandora Promotions LLC management will be the final arbiter in these cases.
Vendor Space
Vendors will limit their display to the rented space and will not alter the floor plan in any way. NO VENDOR IS ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY ITEMS(S) IN THE AISLE SPACE OF THE CONVENTION FLOOR WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE SHOW MANAGEMENT AND APPROVAL OF THE AUTHORIZED CONVENTION LIAISON. All vendors are required to maintain a full booth set-up until end of show. By signing below you agree to not tear down your booth until the end of the Vendor Hall stated hours.
