Mocktails, “virgin” drinks, fauxtails, driver’s choice, even keel, temperance drinks, abstinence cocktails, all of these have been used to describe “adult” beverages that have no alcohol.
The sobriety movement has always been here and it’s been growing rapidly over the last decade or more. More then ever there is a demand for drinks that look cool, that tastes good. People want more than just soda, water, or juice.
