The Steampunk Symposium 2020 Program invites you to partake in some Absinthe: Histories, Mysteries, Intrigue & Murder!
Presented by Lady Kate Henriott & Baba Teddy.
Absinthe is the most misunderstood of all drinks. Shrouded in mystery, a controversial history and it is without match, the most feared of all aperitifs.
Join Lady Kate and Baba Teddy to debunk the bunk, ameliorate it’s unholy image and absolve absinthe to reclaim its rightful place as the most holy of healing sacraments. We will also tell the lurid tale of the shocking ‘Absinthe Murders’ that started the worldwide ban.
One more thing, we will be sampling Absinthe in all of its many forms. Come Louche and Loache with us . . .
Please note that this is a limited ticket event; attendees must be 21+
